By downloading, installing, or using the SignPOS mobile application (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to use the App.
3. Permitted Use
- The App is provided to help businesses manage billing, sales, inventory, and related POS workflows.
- You agree not to misuse the App, including attempting to reverse engineer, disrupt, or access it in ways not authorized by us.
- You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
4. Account Registration
- Some features may require creating an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials.
- You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
5. Subscriptions & Payments
- Certain features may require a paid subscription or one-time purchases. Prices and terms will be displayed within the App or on our website.
- Payments are processed by PCI-DSS compliant providers (e.g., App Store, Google Play, payment gateways). We do not store full card details.
- Taxes may apply based on your region. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law or our Return & Refund Policy.
6. Your Content & Business Data
- You retain ownership of the business data you input into the App.
- You grant us a limited license to process such data solely to operate and improve the App, as detailed in our Privacy Policy.
7. Privacy
Your use of the App is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, share, and protect data.
8. Intellectual Property
The App, including software, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks, is owned by Signature Incorporation or its licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials without permission.
9. Third‑Party Services
The App may integrate with third‑party services (e.g., cloud hosting, analytics, authentication, notifications). Your use of those services may be subject to their terms.
10. Warranty Disclaimer
The App is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, or data.
12. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or for security, legal, or operational reasons. You may stop using the App at any time.
13. Compliance & Export
You represent that your use of the App will not violate applicable export, sanctions, or trade laws.
14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Kozhikode, Kerala, shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory local law applies.
15. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified in‑app or on our website with the effective date indicated above.
